... Western Michigan Broncos were unable to match their 2008 performance in 2009, as the Broncos went just 5-7 after finishing the 2008 season at 9-4. The Broncos still managed to finish .500 in MAC play, going 4-4. Heading into the 2010 season, the Broncos have just 13 starters back, but many are calling for them to be right there in the hunt for the West division crown.
