Starters, on average, earn over $2 million a year. CJ is set to earn his meager $550,000. It's ridiculous, honestly. The Titans should pay the man handsomely, but they won't. The Titans should try their best to keep their record-setting, Pro Bowler, off-the-charts-amazing running back as happy as they possibly can.
They shouldn't pay him thirty to $40 million, but they should give the man at least median salary of the top backs in the league, maybe matching the franchise tag value which is $6.53M.
