Ranked No. 30 overall, the 6'2", 225-pound Fortt has also received All-American honors and will play in the 2010 U.S. Army All-American Bowl.
By committing to Penn State, Fortt will have an opportunity to be honored among some of the best linebackers to ever play college football.
Fortt chose Penn State over Georgia.
